In a small-town kinda night like many others, an antisocial lover of musicals discovers an uncontrollable fetishism for the nose. When the girl who picked him up at a costume party rejects his erotic fantasy, they get into a fight and he accidentally kills her.

In charge of the investigations is Titta, fascinating and brutal cross-dressed police inspector. In a tireless psychotropic carnival, the murderer falls for the detective and, in an impossible homage of love and death, launches into a wild hunt that throws the city into a vortex of violence and blood through serial crimes and hallucinated guilt.
